Q: Do you like fireworks?
I'm talking about pyrotechnics. Thanks, and cheers!
A1: I love them. It's so nice to sit and watch them next to people I love. When I was small, for Christmas and New Year's, my father always bought boxes filled with gunpowder, and we all handled it with care. But unfortunately, because of irresponsible people, the use of gunpowder for home-made fireworks was prohibited in Bogota and in some other cities in Colombia because of some terrible fires. Cheers.
A2: They're quite beautiful and brighten up parties and fairs with brilliant colors. But handling them is very dangerous and their trade is not controlled, which makes them even more dangerous (you saw what happened in the state of Mexico when a market vendor accidentally lit one and started a huge fire. Fortunately no one was killed, but that was the second time that year that it had happened).
A3: I love to watch them, with their webs of colors. But what I like the most is the smell of the smoke, though they say I'm crazy. The smell of the smoke after the fireworks go off fascinates me!
A4: Yes, I like firework shows, especially the ones for the 15th of September in Mexico, the one in Walt Disney World in Orlando, and the ones at the Olympics.
A5: Yes, but I only like the ones they do in three countries: Mexico, the United States, and China.
A6: Yes, they're amazing to watch! But I do not personally use them since they seem too dangerous if you don't know exactly what you're doing.
A7: They mess with my nervous system. It's mental illness to feel compelled to see them because of an inferiority complex.
A8: Yes, I like them, but their not very accessible here. Only on New Year's.
A9: I like to watch them, but I wouldn't buy them.

San Francisco is undeniably one of the greatest cities in the world. It is approximately 7 miles by 7 miles with a great public transit system. Everywhere is accessible by foot, public transit, or at least a cheap cab ride. San Francisco attracts a lot of young, single people, especially just out of college. The twenty-something demographic contributes to a vibrant nightlife scene including something for just about everyone. House parties are abundant in San Francisco as well as all types of live music, bars, and clubs.
San Francisco's weather is a constant and fluctuates only a small amount throughout the year. Temperatures range from 50's in the winter to 80's in the summer with fog year round especially in the Sunset and Richmond districts. You can always count on San Francisco being chilly at night and a light long sleeve shirt is almost always appropriate for an evening walk. Space heaters are useful during the winter, especially in older, poorly insulated homes, but air conditioning is rarely necessary and not even installed in most homes.
