question is.. would you want this company to have YOUR business?^^don't know how their balloons are but they're bakery is the worst ever. i even have an email trail where she said what she was going to do for me. it almost ruined my wedding day. i had to tell the photographers and my videographers to not focus in on the cake.. it was reeeeally horrible. we even took it back to show her and she only reasoned that what it was too much to ask.. when in reality she said she would do it. she told my (then) fiancée that she didn't want to do the cake 2 days before our wedding! and then she charged us almost $300 for the "extra" stuff she already said she would do.. and if you look at the cake, she didn't even do it. she didn't want to give our money back. we're trying to figure out a way to let everyone out there know how unprofessional this bakery was. and to top it off, she didn't do our ribbons on our chairs how we wanted. she did it HER way after we specifically requested it done a certain way. good thing, i'm married to my best friend and it couldn't ruin our day.^^thanks to all for listening.
