They have recommended that we contact you as a possible caterer. Since food is very important to us, it will be an important pare of our reception and therefore is an important part of our site decisions. We have a couple of questions about catering, and hope you will be able to answer them for us. Below we have included a sample menu for an English-style High Tea. Would your catering company be able to help us with this? (This is just a sample from a party we threw a few years ago. We would be happy to send recipes if you should need them to answer these questions.) A couple of things to keep in mind when answering these questions… We are looking at about 200 guests. About 30 of them are children. For the adults we are hoping to offer one of each kind of savory, finger sandwich and sweet. Would your cake bakery/service be able to do a cupcake cake or petit four cake, with a wedding cake top, instead of a full tiered wedding cake? Would you have any trouble serving something like this? 5.) We are hoping to have a rum punch served, is this something you would be willing provide for us? (With standard costs of course.) How much more would it be to provide something like this? We would also like to provide a non-alcoholic punch for those that do not drink. Finally, we understand if you are unable to accommodate this request. We have not totally set our heart on it, but we would like to know if we even have the option with your company.
