question number 1411 I have a 93' Yamaha Venture 1300 and I have brake problems (no back brakes) I was bleeding the back caliper and I found it was leaking. I replaced it (new) and also replaced the brake fluid. I bled the system but now the back caliper will not release. I can loosen the brake line at the proportioning vlv and they release. so this eleminates the brake line and the caliper I removed the rear master cylinder and cleaned as well as checked all ports as well as the bleed hole in the main piston bore and all was clean. I believe it has something to do with the porportioning valve that actually feeds the back brakes. I dis-assembled it an inspected, other than not knowing how it operates, all looks well . re- installed with same results. Can yall give me some advise on this matter. ^P.S. my front left brake works & releases fine which are tied into the same Master Cyl but the front do not go though the rear Proportiong vlv
