 How do I remove chewing gum that's stuck on my pants? I don't know where it happened, but I sat down somewhere and got some gum stuck on my pants. I wash them and wash them, but the gum won't come off. How can I remove it without damaging the pants? ^ Put the pants in the freezer. Once they're frozen just take the gum off with your hand. It's very easy. Or when you take it out of the freezer, you can put a rag on the gum, iron it, and the gum should come off. Posted by Barbara With an iron, place a sheet of paper on the gum. Go over the sheet of paper with the iron. The gum should stick to the paper. Posted by Victor Rub an icecube on it and it comes off. Or rub petroleum or benzol on it.
