If I can Imagine I am holding an event for 5,000 people in Los Angeles that will last all day, I'd rather not do it, and leave it to event management. I may think that catering is the most stressful thing to deal with, and I have taken accommodation and entertainment into consideration; yet another item I would leave to an event management team. From staff for the event, the room size where it will be seating arrangements and, of course, the budget for the event are all factors that a professional event management team will have first hand knowledge of.
