Frequently we verify our vendor database and make sure only the legitimate vendors are in our database. Please notify us if you receive any unsolicited email from vendor in our system.

HOW IT WORKS:

• If you receive any unsolicited email from vendors in our system, please notify us at abuse@getvendors.com
  

• If the complaint is minor and/or the service professional has an explanation for the problems in the job done then we let the professional update the listing and convey the counter argument on the user feedback.
  

• If the service professional does not have any valid excuse for the problems in the job work but the complaint is not serious then we disable service professional's account for 30 days.
  

• If the complaint about the service professional is serious (service professional has no valid explanation) or if we have already disabled his/her account twice earlier, then we remove service professional from our database.
